Focus & Trains

Sadly, it is often true that people these days are not   very good at being focussed. We do not focus on what we  are doing or what we want in life.
We spend our days multi-tasking, never really focussing  on what we are doing and sometimes even, where we are. People walk down the street with MP3  headphones in their ears without noticing their environment. They talk on mobile phones or text while driving and juggle several jobs at once at work and home. All this unfocussed behaviour  leads to stress, inefficiency and can be down right dangerous!
Many people go through their lives without thinking about how specifically they want their lives to be. They come out of school into University or an apprenticeship or job. Find a life partner, have children, retire, become Grandparents and die. All without much thought or focus.
Life becomes much like this first picture of the Train. You see so much of the surrounding trees and sky, that you don't notice the train much. It is just an ordinary sort of picture. However, if you start to focus, the picture changes.

With this second picture, I took out some of the sky, unfocused the trees and kept the main focus are on the Train. So that when you look at the picture, the Freight Train really stands out and you can see it clearly. The trees and sky are no longer a distraction.

So my message is: Focus on what you are doing right now and where you are.
Focus on what you specifically want in you life and focus on finding out more about yourself. The results: you will do a better job , be more productive , not so stressed and safer. By finding out more about yourself you can then focus more easily on what you want in your life. Then keep that focus on your goals and dreams and watch your life change for the better.

One of my passions is to help people become more focussed so that they can create a better life for themselves. I can help you too.
