I found this Knight in ClipArt and rather liked him. Here he is rushing about, looking for Dragons to slay and Damsels in Distress to rescue, as per the job description in the "Dummies Book For Knights".

Many of us don the proverbial "Suit of Armour"  and dash around all over the place, complaining that we never have enough time; we are stressed out and exhausted! So before you and your horse dies of overwork; STOP!


Take some time out to relax and recoup. Have a look at your life and see what you can let go. Do you really need all the stuff in your life?  Are there times when you say "Yes" when you really want and need to say "NO!"?  Are you clinging  to your copy of the Dummies Book for Knights and following the job description to the letter? Do you really want to continue to fight Dragons and save Damsels in Distress? If you wish to continue clanking around in armour and fighting life, well that's ok. That's your choice.
